wildCREAMERY is a line of plant-based, vegan dairy alternatives that starts with the same wild fermentation cultures used at wildbrine. The main flavor component of these cultures (lactic acid) is the same main flavor component in dairy cultures (again lactic acid) showing just how innovative fermentation can be.
For over 30 years, Bubbies has been crafting high-quality, fermented and pickled products and remains a category leader in fermented foods. Bubbies has a devoted and growing fanbase that shares its vision of preserving the past through products and methods that are natural and authentic. Co-PresidentMr. Joost is co-president of Fermented Food Holdings Inc. and Managing Partner of JE Global, LLC. Before founding JE Global, LLC, Mr. Joost was Vice President and General Manager of Kraft Heinz Ingredients (KHI), a ~$0.5bn revenue division of the The Kraft Heinz Company. Over the course of his six-year career with Kraft Heinz he held various management positions, including as Head of US Foodservice Capabilities and Head of US Foodservice Budget & Business Planning. He also held positions within the company’s Finance function, where he was involved in Zero-Based Budgeting implementation and post-merger integration. He began his career with the H.J.Heinz Company in Pittsburgh, PA. He is also the managing partner of JECAP Management, LLC, the General Partner of a fund that invests in developing and operating almond farms in the Iberian peninsula. Mr. Joost graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 2014, where he majored in History. He attended boarding school (Winchester College) in the UK for high school and speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.

Co-PresidentMr. Marim is Co-President of Fermented Food Holdings Inc. and Partner of JE Global, LLC. Before joining JE Global, Mr. Marim was Vice President and CFO of PepsiCo Foods Brazil, a 1.5 bn revenue operating unit. Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. Marim worked for five years at the Kraft Heinz Company in the US, and for four years held the CFO position of the Foodservice Business, a division with 2.5 bn revenue. He was also Head of US Revenue Management. In addition, Mr. Marim has solid experience in the Telecom industry, having worked for about six years at Telefonica S A. He also worked for private equity firms in Brazil during the early years of his career. Mr. Marim completed his MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with major in Finance He also holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
